COMMON QUESTIONS
What counts as a 'website update'?
Anything that requires us to log into your website and make a change — updating text, swapping images, adding a new section, changing prices, updating contact details, adding a blog post, etc. Each task is tracked against your monthly hours.
What happens if I need more than my included hours?
Additional hours are billed at $120/hr. We'll always let you know before going over your included time so there are no surprises.
Do unused hours roll over?
No — included hours reset each billing cycle. This keeps the plan pricing fair and predictable for everyone.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. To change your plan, simply subscribe to the new plan and contact us — we'll cancel your current plan and ensure the billing is adjusted from your next cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel Business Care or Growth entirely, Essential Care ($29/month) will apply automatically.
Is my website hosted with Wolfpac?
Essential Care includes hosting. If your site is already hosted elsewhere, we can migrate it across as part of your onboarding at no extra cost.
What if I don't have a Wolfpac-built website?
Care Plans are available to any business website — not just sites we built. We'll review your site during onboarding to confirm compatibility.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
